1. SMS Messaging Program Description

Our SMS messaging program provides real estate-related updates, such as:
- Property listings and alerts
- Appointment and showing reminders
- Market news, tips, and updates
- Promotional and marketing communications

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated methods.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from SMOL Leasing at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any real estate transaction, inquiry, or service.

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

4. Your Responsibilities

You represent that:
- You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree not to use our SMS service for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

5. Privacy

6. Carriers and Delivery

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on your mobile carrier’s network, and we make no guarantees regarding message availability or reliability.

Participating carriers may include (but are not limited to): AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued participation in the SMS program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the SMS program at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
